Is this event actually on for this year? Their website has not been updated to reflect whether or not it is going to occur. I did find an unsubstantiated date of May 11 & 12, 2007, but not much else.
If the roundup is still on, Rep. Guillen (on the Calendar Cmte.) could theoretically be persuaded to kill HB 2414 because it could have a negative economic impact on some of his constituents.
