When can he change enclosures?

AndrewFromSoCal Apr 26, 2007 01:16 AM

My gecko is only a slight 1.5 inches STV. He's currently in a 2.5 gallon for monitoring (i've had him since Sunday). When do you think I can move him to his half coco-fibre w/ plants, half paper towel 10g? Suggestions?

i'd say about 2.5" STV but don't feed it crickets on the soil until it's full-grown.

Just curious, why no feeding on the soil until it's full grown? I'm thinking of getting a crested and am trying to educate myself about all aspects of their care beforehand.
