Can anybody tell me where mites actually come from? We hought we had cleared our snake of them, he seems happy and is eating again, but they keep coming back every so often, are we doing something we shouldn't be doing? He is living on newspaper since we found out about the problem originally as we thought they might prefer the woodchips. But they still keep appearing every week - 10 days. The tank and everything has been thoroughly cleaned, so any info would be appreciated.
