Help...need feeding tips

e&t Apr 26, 2007 11:08 AM

I have some cb '06 tree boas that I am having some trouble with. I have 5 (3 garden, 1 red/black and 1 Yellow) and the 3 gardens all take appropriately sized rodents with no problem. The yellow and red/black have been problem feeders since the start. I have finally managed to get the yellow to accept treefrogs so switching to scented rodents shouldn't be a problem. She has taken 2 meals now since birth, both frogs. The red/black however is a different story..I have tried...Anoles, treefrogs, pinks, hoppers, scented pinks/hoppers and still no luck, she still hasn't taken a first meal. I have tried live, dead, tease feeding, overnight etc...but still no luck. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Or even a piece of bird (chick leg, quail leg, etc). Usually, the small hoppers work, but some like the smell of birds.
