I'm a little confused about how you guys keep track of all your snakes. What sort of numbering system do you use to identify who's who. I see alot of reference to F1, F2 etc. I,ve got eggs in the incubator now and need to come up with some sort of system for future breeding projects. Thanks for your help.

depends on how many you have........

you can just number tem simply 01,,02,,03,,04 and so on.....

or if you have amels and normals and motleys they could be A1 ,A2 , A3...etc......N1,N2,N3..etc...and M1,M2,M3 and on.....

or you can justmake up a number system.....as with a year included.....2003A01........or Corn03001 and on.......then King03001.......and Milk 03001.......

one big breeder who cannot be mentioned here by the company name serpen co ......well....Rich .......uses a number system like that.....
E.g.g. for Elaphe guttata guttata....then 03 for the year then the number of the corn it is....like now he probably just caged up number 5790.........so the last corn he sold you may be Egg035790.........

this system works.....used it since he taught me this in 1990........Thanx........(I bugged im alot the 2 times I went there before he moved south.........)
