Is it permissable to offer a corn a humid hide to help with it's shedding?

oops.. I hit post by mistake..

Yes it is OK to use a humid hide with corns..

I just dump 1/2 the water bowl out into the enclosure a day or two before i think they will shed out.

Mine who have water dishes that they can't really curl up in (long/shallow rather than deep) get a tupperware sandwich box with a hole cut in the side and a damp paper towel in it. They seem to like hanging out in there even when they're not blue, so I tend to just leave it and put a new towel in each cage cleaning. Haven't seen any ill effects from it so far!

I usually move the water bowl to the warm side when my snakes are blue. This increases the humidity. I use the water bowls with the cut outs as a hide so I just switch it with the cool side hide. I use aquariums so I cover half of the screen top with plastic and always have good sheds.
