need help with new eggs

i have a clutch that was laid on april 16 everything looked good until about 3 days ago. the eggs started to look a little shrivled and or dented in. i have hatched several cluthes befor so these arent my first. my humidity runs 95%- 98% i cant ever seem to get to 100% ,maybe i am but my guage doesnt ever say it. i am using perlite saturated with water with plastic crate material lifting the eggs above the substate. my temps run 88.9-89.2. i have candled the eggs and all have good viens growing. the eggsa themselves are nice and white. any ideas what might be going on would be appreciated.
