Hey guys, your friendly Canadian collared lover here. I've been reading (oh what a dangerous thing to do!) online more and more info on collareds and I note in some places that you can/should feed them whole prey? My Lizzy doesn't seem big enough to eat a pinky or anything of that size; heck large superworms see to barely fit in his head (though he definitely makes'em fit!). So should there be some whole prey in his diet? Or is that necessary? Right now he's eating mainly superworms, some meal worms/wax worms, the occasional silk worm and maybe one or two crickets if he's really hungry. I tried throwing some collared greens(sp?) and mustard greens on a couple of different times and he avoids them like the plague.
And his new home is almost complete!!! My what a lot of airing out time involved with the sealer/grout/silicone/paint lol but it's safer for him. He'll have a ball in there!
