im interested in buying several african spurred tortoises and im hoping to find a breeder in my area.i live very close to philadelphia,pennsylvania and im willing to travel around a bit.i want some very healthy ones so the breeder will have to be willing to meet up.

Why do you want several sulcata? If you want them as pets and you have the right enclosures, there are reptile rescues in the area. Also, since it's unlikely that too many people are breeding them in PA, make sure you get the required tick-free vet certificate before they cross state lines.
