Are 3-4 fuzzies ok instead of two smalls? (kinda urgent)

wideglide Aug 14, 2003 12:17 PM

My local pet store has been out of frozen mice for a couple of weeks now so last week I fed my ball 3 fuzzies instead of the usual one small mouse (which I was planning to increase to 2). It looks like I may have to do this again and would like to know if it might cause my snake to have problems.

I have since learned and will not depend on this store in the future.

Thanks!!

I don't see how it would cause any problems. A mouse is a mouse. I don't htink that there is much to worry about.

A fuzzy weighs about 5-7 grams and a small mouse is probably 15 to 20 grams. By my math, you could probably feed about 4 to 6 fuzzies to equal two small mice.

cheers.
