where can i see them ?

what part of jersey will i be able to observe box turtles in there natural habitate. thanks J.P

I can honestly say that I've searched for turtles in just about every major section of NJ. They are everywhere! NJ is highly underestimated when it comes to herpetofauna, or just flora and fauna in general.

Any multiple acre woodland in NJ could potentially house a box turtle. Look for tracts of land with a water source. Good luck, and I hope you leave them where you found them.
