NEED RHINO IGUANA INFO

Hello I was wondering what type of substrate does everyone use with their Rhino's. Also what is everyone feeding there rhinos and what types of food do they love. I just recently aquired two 2 year onld male and female rhinos. Also what is everyones current temps in they cages also please post some pics of their Rhinos. Thanks in advance for the info.

Here is a pic of my new pair of Rhinos Iguanas i said i was going to Post. The male name is Rex and female name is Roxy. Please post some of you pics of your Rhinos. These guys are two years old. Thanks

nice rhino's. about how big are they. i would like to compare my rhino to yours since you know how old they are. i want to make sure she is on the right track. lately she has slowed down her eating tremendously(sp). thanks

My female Rhino is about 25 inches and the male is about 30.
Can you post a pic of her.

At age 2 mine are usually closer in size. Might consider a separate feed area for the smaller one.

If you have not already, read the articles by David Blair on Cyclura.com. Substrates I have used include: newspaper, kraft paper, alfalfa hey and pellets, grass mats, and cardboard while indoors. Outdoors: grass,dirt and sand. Hide boxes and lots of furniture reduce stress. Temps: they should be atleast 80F to digest food. When measuring skin temps, mine typically are around 98 degrees when they are active. Cage should have a hot (105F) and a cold (70F) spot. Congrats on getting rhino igs and hope you enjoy them -- they are fascinating.
