looks to be a young male, and we was scootin'....once discovered, he high-tailed it into this bush and I got a couple pics of him....

Yes, it was a great day of hiking...also found a really cool javelina skull, but seeing as how it wasn't herp related, I neglected to post a pic....
Really would have liked to see a tiger, molossus or maybe a Gila but that's what next weekend is for!
