Hi Again
I got a great response from you guys when I asked last time..just need to know a little about cooling/brumation of Copperheads.I live in England ,so I probably have similar temperatures to the copperhead in its Northern range,so it will be easy enough to cool it in winter.Just wondered how long for?...at what temps?..how to warm-up etc?..etc..

thanks again in advance...Paul

Where I live in the Northeast, it was pretty much a no brainer. I usually put mine up around late October to early April. It would go off feed, and I would know it was time. After waiting a few weeks to digest and rid of it's last meal, I'd put it into a dark room, with the heat vents closed so that it was around 55 degrees, and a water dish. I'd check on it a few times a week to make sure it was okay and had water. It shouldn't be a problem for you where you live.
