Great habitat for a variety of creatures....

Here's a female chuck we saw....

Here she is again, getting ready to make a mad dash into some rocks...but she was kind enough to pause long enough for me to get this pic....

He had just figured out he'd been spotted....

He wasn't pleased with us when we told him he'd have to stick around for some photos....

She was about 100 yds down the wash from the first one...

A small male, he booked it into this bush when he was discovered.....

Very nice habitat and great shots! Spring is still springin'!

I'm planning a few trips around the state....I want to get some shots of some willardi, lepidus and some lesser seen colubrids this year....Of course, anything I come across is subject to being photographed, so we'll see!
