I know it sucks. I don't like it. It's just more laws to make average people criminals but here's the bite of reality:
The governer signed the bill yesterday and the bill becomes law 90 days from April 30, 2007. If you live in WA state, you have until late July to legally acquire the animals on the banned list, be they rhinos or rhino vipers. Keep your receipts as proof of legal ownership prior to implementation of the law.
The world became a little less interesting.
