An unexpected suprise!

chris nicholas May 01, 2007 07:24 PM

Walked into the room to do my daily routine to find this! A small female hypo gave birth, I had written her off because she was smaller and I thought if she would have anything it would have been slugs. Well I was wrong, very cool little hypo motley.

Congrats on all of the amazing litters, I am stumped! So many boas so little time!

Chris

First off to answer Andy's question.I do not think its an anery motley, just the way some look fresh out of the vent.

To Jeff...............I think Guy's litter had 2 million babies in it, and 2 sluggs. I've seen you creeping around lately, lurking with a plastic shield and glue LOL!

boaphile May 02, 2007 11:30 AM

2 Million! Wow! Isn't that a record?

I believe so.............mom must have been huge

Guy Scavone II May 02, 2007 11:57 AM

She was just big boned. The way I like all my ladies

I didn't get the shield/glue reference, not sure if that was for Jeff or me? Hey Chris, we should team up and set the world on fire

Guy

boaphile May 02, 2007 12:50 PM

If you don't have fancy plastic for a shield and glue, just grab a garbage can lid and go! You'll be in business. Right Chris? Oh and Guy, last time I saw your wife, she wasn't exactly "big boned". Did she turn 13 yet?

For sure............like a batman and robin kind of thing.....Jeff could follow us aroUND like a batgirl or soemthing. LOL!

Guy Scavone II May 02, 2007 12:56 PM

We need someone to make the damned cages so I guess he can be part of the team. We could bring in Mike for some added muscle since I won't be much help in that dept. I do however drink beer like a lil mini champion

Jeff... she's 16 now... no Chris Hansen from Dateline showing up here

boaphile May 02, 2007 01:16 PM

She still looks like 13 to me. But then, as you keep reminding me, I am getting to be an old man...

Don't you have just one more picture you can share with us??? Where are those pictures I was promised anyhow...? You know those secret pics?

and continued success to everyone this breeding season. I know there will still be some major excitement among the boa enthusiasts this year, some very cool snakes that should be here very soon.

I know I am pumped about the thoughts of some of the upcoming litters that I know of from some boa friends of mine, and I am sure there is some secret litters being thrown somewhere! LOL

Good Luck to all........
