Just wondering if anyone has ordered anything from Animal Plastics lately? I ordered a rack 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I don't know if this is normal or not since I am new to reptiles and haven't oredered anything before. Thanks.

I would say know this not normal , but I have never ordered a Animal plastics rack before , I only use vision racks, I would email them or give them a call immediatley , they may just be behind in their orders your best bet is to contact them.

It took around 6-8 weeks for ours to come in! I believe they build to order. They have great products, and excellent customer service, but in general their racks take some time to get out. Give them a call to get an estimate, but most people I know that have ordered from them have waited at least a month.

It's all about how many racks they have to build. And being that eggs are starting to hatch, people are probably placing a lot of orders. I've gotten racks from them a week after I ordered, up to like 6 weeks after I ordered. Just be patient. It will come. And you actually never know when. You can ask them, they're very helpful with answering questions. And the racks are great. You won't be disappointed.

No, this is not the typical service that AP offers. Give them a call and check on your order. They have the best customer service.

When I ordered my rack from them it took 4 1/2 weeks to finally get it.

I have two animal plastics racks, and they are built once you order them. Both times I have ordered them I was told that it was three to four weeks for delivery. I would give them another week, and then call if you still dont have it. Not out of the ordinary for them.
