Hello again,
I have installed a lucky reptile fogger on the veiled cage, that type with the thick long hose.Humidity in Cyprus can fall to 20-30% and I want to raise it a bit just to be on the safe side.Does this really raise the humidity though?I can see the fog coming out of the hose at the top of the cage, through the mesh, down the basking spot, spreading at a couple of pothos branches and then disappears. Can this raise the humidity of the cage? After all it is a cage not an aquarium, how can it hold humidity. If this is true then we can only raise humidity at specific place(where the fog lands)but are chameleons animals that can detect humidity and spend some time in specific places until they feel hydrated enough? Please share your thoughts..
