mine does this when he's checking out the top of his cage. That's usually a im trying to stand up and im too fat to do it without leaning on the tank stand to me.
That looks like snakes that are trying to search out food, but boa constrictors that are "looking up" all the time can be a cause for concern.
I don't wish to worry you unnecessarily, but you should do some research on "stargazing" and inclusion body disease in Boa Constrictors. I doubt this is what you are seeing, but it is better to be informed.

I figured it was food too, because they only do it when they go a few days over the feeding schedual which isnt very often.
Thanks
Unless a snake did that very often and stayed that way for several minutes at a time, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Researching possibilities, like someone has already said, is a good idea, for future referrence, if nothing else.
I kept two wild-caught corns together for a few months and gave one of them away. For the next week or so the corn I kept was noticeably bothered. I was surprised by its behavior changes and wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes.
Anyway, here's a link to a few pics of my corn doing the same thing. It only did it that one time and hasn't done it since. Crazy Corn
