Me again!

Alright now, First of all are fruit flies more difficult to breed than crickets? I just hatched out a couple hundred crickets and was thinking of trying to culture some fruit flies even though I won't be able to get any frogs for quite some time now. Also what kind of kelvin ratings should I be getting on the lamp? Most general reptile vivarium articles recommend from 5000 to 6500 as 5000 is the closest to actual sunlight, but I have also read many dart frog articles suggesting much higher including 10,000 and higher, what are your opinions. Has anyone ever used one of jbj enterprises light systems? Finally since I'm interested in citronella tincs and they are one of the largest darts will a 20gal be big enough for two? Once again thanks for all your help.

I use 5000k, and 6500k, and have had good results.

Fruit flies are WAY easier than crickets. Forget about Kelvins and whatnot. Get yourself and good medium (Ed's flymeat's for example), some quart sized yogurt tubs, and a starter culture and you'll have all the fruit flies you'll ever need.
