AFRICAN FURRY RATS

What are african furry rats? does anyone have a picture of them they that they can post? do they smell like the mice and rats ? or are they more easier to manage from a husbandry standpoint? I would like to know any response is welcome , thank you.

African soft furred rats are a breed of rat from Africa (duh..). They get to be about twice the size of adult mice when full grown. They do not smell as bad as mice do which is a huge plus. And you can keep them the same way as mice or rats with the same diet. These guys love to chew so make sure they have a chew toy of some kind.

They are a perfect size for ball pythons, they don't outgrow a ball like a regular rat does. They drink less, smell less, breed well, and are pretty easy to care for. AND their prices are dropping too
