Help! What's wrong with Stuie?

redzubie May 03, 2007 09:35 PM

Hi guys, I just bought my first nigerian uro about a month ago. He is very docile compared to my other one. Or my other one is maniacal. Anyway, today I was tickling his side and I found a bump. It's not inside. It's like a wart. Is it a parasite, old shed? Maybe now I'm thinking he just doesn't feel good instead of his personality. He seems to be eating ok. Doesn't like to eat if I'm watching. Does this sound like a problem. Becky

I'm not certain because I've never experienced anything like that, but if it was WC it could have mites or a tick or some other type of parasite. Maybe a up-close high res picture would help others offer a diagnosis. If it is a parasite I think the lethargy could be a result.

Was the bump round and black? Can you take pictures?
