caught alterna on 190 !!!!!!!!!

I just got back from hunting the cuts around Iran.The conditions were perfect.I caught this snake at 10:55 on the cut closer to Iran.I dont know the sex yet im going to sleep ill find out tomarrow.

Well, not really, but I was hunting 190 until about 10:30, then headed to 290 and then Juno...I guess I should have stayed around 190. DOH! There definitely was good snake activity though...Anyways, congrats, and post a pic when you wake up. The one you posted didn't work...

I know that spending hours in a locality and not seeing anything causes an itch to jump to another local. But just playing the odds game, you are still better off to stick it out unless there is an external reason to leave (locals with pitchforks, flash floods, etc).
Too many times that one animal that everybody is looking for was the only animal they saw, and that may happen at any time, even in the weeeee morning hours if you hold to it.

Basically when you start the drive from on local to the other you just scratch that drive time off your hunting time.

I hunt the same cuts over and over and it paid off friday.I caught this snake on my 3rd pass.

The picture link is no good, and I would really like to see the critter.

It seems that the image is linked back to your my pictures directory on your PC, not being hosted on a web service.
