eastern milk

would anyone no of any places in sussex county nj to find eastern milks or no of anyone who breeds or sells them. ive bin searching for 14 years now and only have come up with two road kills. all i find is garter snakes water snakes black racers and ringneck snakes nothing else. any help or tips would be great.

I own a house upstate NY and i catch Eastern Milks all the time.. Some of them are really nice looking and some are bland and dark. But, i always just check them out and release them.

I've found most of mine in fields. If you can find an open field with plywood and/or flat rocks, you'd be in an ideal habitat. I've always found milks in association with garter, brown and/or ringneck snakes. Here's a young one I found in Maryland in 2004.
