Hi, what time do you turn your anole's lights (heat and UV) on and off. i turn they an at around 6, and off at around the same time. is 9pm too early to turn off the heat lamp?

i have most of my cages on a timer(the custom built 1's) then i have about 5 tanks that arent. i have them set to come on at 6 and go off at 8. but 6-9 is ok too. the ones that arent on a timer sometimes get turned on later but they go off later than. if you only have one tank it would be worth it to get a timer. they only cost like 5$ and have made my life soooo much easier. im hoping to get about 5-6 more, then i dont have too worry if my mom is turning my lights on and off when im at my dads for a weekend or if i come home after 9-10 o clock and i go o s**t i left my lights on!! lol. hehe the wonderful world of reptiles!

i told someone to do that on the general lizard forum. i just havent had a chance to go buy some more, i cant keep all of them on the same timer though, some of the cages are on different sides of the room and i have a weird rule about having chords across my floor...mind you this is also my room. so in adition to about 12 cages/tanks i also have a tv,vcr,sterio,my guitars, and 2 amps.... i have the electric bill really cranked up! lol
