It looks like Fescue of some type. Definitely does not look the Bermuda grass which we have in GA. It may be helpful to note that Bermuda grass sends out long runners from the bases of the plants and spreads readily, while Fescues are clump grasses and do not spread by runner systems, but by seed alone.

You can see some weeds in this too with purple flowers but this box turtle is sitting the the middle of a patch of Bermuda grass
