roaches are a more common feeder this days as far as insects. Dubia roaches are great for larger reptiles such as adult bearded dragons and bigger. smaller nymph dubia can be fed to smaller reptiles. hissers are also very good for large reptiles like tegus and larger monitors. lobster roaches are also great, but they can climb pretty much everything, unlike the dubia which dont climb. adult lobsters are about the size of large crickets, but alot better in nutrition. i have done away with crickets as feeders, they are worthless.
another great new feeder for smaller reptiles like hatchling and baby BDs and frogs and such are Pheonix worms. awesome feeders.
