excellent job on the textures of the scales and shell... and i like how you did the "soft focus" kind of thing with the background to draw even more attention to the tort.
what medium did you use? and do you have any other art?
Thanks for the compliments. It's always fun to combine your passions and share with others with the same interests. The painting is actually pretty large (48" x 36"
but it's pretty hard to see it's actual size in a photo. I have about forty pieces listed online. If you would like to see more of my collection, send me an e-mail and I will send you to the link. There are a few herp photos and paintings on there.
Thanks again.Matt
That is gorgeous! What a talented person you are.

That is great! Here is a painting my brother did, he was inspired by Tallulah's pyramided shell.

i love the imagination in this one. it reminds me of how, in hindu mythology, the whole world was on the back of four elephants, who were standing on the back of a tortoise...
Wow Allegra! That is cool!
I need one for my turtle room.
Great work.
Is it for sale?
I would love to get one.
It's fantastic!!! When I first looked at it, I thought it is a real radiated tortoise
Best regards!!!
