he was sold to me as a blizzard. He has basically no pattern but when you look closely he has broken yellow speckle of a few scales along his back where the yellow line would be on a striped albino. Is he just a reduced pattern stripe or blizzard? He is basically all white accept for a few speckles of yellow scales along his spine.

I blizzards can have faint traces of the normal pattern that show through. They are a combination of albino and hypermelanistic. If he has no head pattern and is solid creamy white then it is probably a blizzard. Can you post a pic?

Blizzard is not a term that is misused as frequently as many of the others. If it was sold as a blizzard it probably is. If you had said it was sold as a "snow" then it would be a whole different ball game. Check out the posts below for pictures of blizzards, and high whites etc.
