You need to wait at least weeks. Do not handle her. What are the temps, and set up like.
Make sure the cage temps are high enough. The snake cant digest its food if its too cold. Keep it 80(night)-86(days)degrees on the hot side down to 70(night)-75(days)degrees on the cool side.
Let her relax for a week or two then try a small prey item.
Almost every care sheet on the internet says somewhere between 90-95 hot side, 80-85 cool. No need for a night drop unless you're breeding.
I personally use 90 hot, 80 cool, and have never had a regurge.

I used to run mt temps. 90 degress and the snakes would always go to the cooler end of the tub, tank...whatever.
I set the hot spot to 85-88tops and they seem to like it better. I use bigger tubs and the cooler end is 70-75 at night. I dont think you can get that wide a gradient in a smaller tub. I let the snake decide where he wants to be.
Ive found 90 or some people say 95 to be way too hot. We are not talking about some desert lizzard, these things live in a hole in the ground. If this or that caresheet says different, God bless. I go by what I know and 95 is too hot.
I agree - 90-95 is too hot.
90-92 directly on the heat - should give you an ambient hot end in the mid to upper 80s and a cool side in the mid to lower 80s.
We aren't trying to cook them.

I do agree with most of what you said until you said that wild couth Balls suck . Well maybe for someone without enough Experience to get them to thrive they might !! , But for those of us that can deal with them they are no problem and offer fresh bloodlines that haven’t seen years of selective breeding !.Thanks David of DS Reptile Rescue , Removal & Rehabilitation
I volunteer for a reptile sanctuary and I take care of a lot of different snakes. Occasionally I will have a snake regurge that was previously doing just fine. I usually try to offer it food each week until it eats again. If it regurges the second time then our first step is to give the snake an appropriate dose of Flagyl to take care of any internal bugs that might be interfering with digestion. This works probably half the time. If it still regurgitates then we take it to the vet.
I really wouldn't lose to much sleep over one regurgitation though. We often have perfectly healthy snakes regurgitate occasionally with no other ill affects. It usually seems to do with some sort of environmental stress, such as being handled after eating. Some of our snakes we have found can't handle too much activity around their cage after eating. For those snakes we usually cover their cage with a towel for a day or two afterward to allow them to digest their meal in peace.
