Breeding pet pacmans

I want to breed my pet pacman frog, and I need to know a few things first. (besides what the books tell me)

1) is there a foolproof way of telling the sex of a pacman?

2) about how old should they be before you breed?

3) Does anyone know where I can get a mature pacman to breed him with?
