New Aby Line Male...

JasonRobeck May 14, 2007 12:42 PM

Hi all, I picked this fellow up last week from Steve Scruggs. His name is Gizmo and he's an 07 Aby Line male. I can't wait to see how his stripe and tail color up. The pics don't show it very well but he's got a lot of subtle pinks along his sides as well. Thanks for parting with him Steve.

Since I was taking pics I thought I'd post some holdbacks from last season as well. Here are a few sunglows that are coloring up nicely.

I really like this first guy's tail.

This guy is just Mr. Clean

This girl's gonna have plenty of suitors.

I hope you enjoy them.

Hey Jason,
Those pics do him alot more justice than mine. Keep me updated on how he turns out, he is looking awesome.

Thanks Steve. He fed this weekend just fine, and is settling in nicely.

I see that you went for the best one you could get. He's awesome. I'm getting so anxious for my Aby litter to drop in June. I'll be picking out one of the siblings to yours here shortly. you have some real nice Boas there.

Thanks, I look forward to seeing what he can bring to my sunglow project.

Jason,

Great looking Aby boy you have there. Congrats on the new acquisition. I'm looking to get an Aby line boa this summer if I find one I like.

On a side note, aren't you from So Cal? I live in Azusa. I've noticed the sunglows and DH's you produced last year. Congrats on those. They look awesome. I would've loved to add one of those to my breeding group, but I didn't quite have the space. What are you expecting this year?

I'd definitely like to see what that new Aby male can add to your sunglows!

All the best,

Jay

Thanks. I've got a few females that look like they'll have litters in late July. This one is the one I'm most looking forward to though. My Arabesque male x possible Super Salmon femal. It's a little dark but gives a good sense of the animals' coloration. She's been coiled on the hot spot for the last couple months and all indications are good that she'll have her litter the third week of July.

Good luck finding an Aby you like.

NICE arabesque!! I hope that possible super salmon proves out for you. Please keep us posted with that girl. I'd love to see what kind of babies those two can produce.

I've got a few girls I'm waiting on over here myself. Nothing groundbreaking, but I am excited about a Hypo x Hypo pairing that's due in about 2 weeks. Separately, both mom and dad have had great looking babies just paired up with some normals. So I can't wait to see what they can do when put together.

Good luck again with that salmon arabesque litter. Looking forward to seeing some babies when they drop.

Jay
