New Adult Female (D/U Warning)

waspinator421 May 14, 2007 03:50 PM

Finally got some pictures of my new adult female that I named Vermillion. She is such a sweetheart. She is definetely an Orange BRB, but not sure if she qualifies for the title of High Orange. What do you think?

I hope to get some babies from her next year!

She's beautiful!
How big/old is she? She looks like she is got some good size on her.

Thanks Jason! She is about 4 years old, and a bit smaller than my big male, Indigo. I havent weighed or measured her yet, but I'd guess she is at least 5 1/2 feet and about 4-5 pounds.

Yeah, I check the classifieds a lot, even when I'm not particularily looking for anything. You never know when something like her will come along!

person who looks at the classifieds, Yep even the venomous one's and no I do not keep venomous snakes, but look anyway, I look at a lot of them to be honest, part of my downtime after work. I look with no intention to buy and occasionaly get sucked in by Certain snakes (Jeffs Brazilians for example)and my lavander texas rat snake as well, had no intention to buy them, but had to have them when I see them lol, a male sunglow boa has been calling me for some time, addictions suck lol

She is awesome. Now I see why you are selling an adult female. You are probably tight on space, and I would love this one too.

Thanks Mike! Yeah, had to make some space for her. I plan on building more space for BRBs in the future... I can't get over these guys... they are so cool!

Terrific color! But I'm also quite taken with that extended ripple pattern down her back! Very cool!

Renee

waspinator421 May 15, 2007 06:46 PM

Thanks Renee! Yes, other than her awesome color, the many connected saddles in a row was one of the main reasons I had to have her. I want to try to breed for BRB with one complete squiggle down the back. I think it would look really neat!
