You seem to mention your green anole climbing up the glass sides and the mesh cieling of your tank alot. Do you have many plants and branches in the tank for the green anole to climb and sit and sleep on etc? I have plenty of plants and branches in my enclosure and my green anole very rarely climbs the glass sides of the tank and i have never seen it climb the cieling of my tank.

My tanks are very well planted and have tons of stuff for them to climb on and they still go on the sides or the ceiling. Mostly my male goes on the ceiling. Then when i go look in the cage i can't find him and all this time he's staring down at me from the ceiling lol. Katie

Your tank is 20 gallon isn't it? Then i believe this is definately too small for two anoles. This may be why the green anole is using the glass and cieling to climb on alot, because space is too cramped. I have a single green anole in a 33 gallon tank, and like i say, i rarely see mine climb the glass and i have never seen mine climb the cieling.

everyone that has anoles (well accept for you) hes said the 10 gallon rule is sufficient (10 gallon for each anole). they are starting to become more lke "friends" and the green anole has beed climbing branches and vines more lately...

You have a 10 gallon tank don't you? If i read the post a bit above this right. Then this is way too small too, especially for more than one anole, i would even say a 10 gallon is too small for a single green anole. The confined space that they are in is probably the reason why they climb the sides and cieling of your tank alot.
