I odered bugs from them almost two weeks ago and haven't heard ANYTHING from them, cant find a thing on their wierd website about shipping cept they do it monday tues and wed. I have emailed them twice and heard nothing back. If thats really how long it takes to send me the bugs, thats fine but I want to know. AND I am leaving this next tuesday to go to Santa Fe for a week! ACK! Has anyone had any problems like this with them? I don't think I will use them again after this, who else sells silkwormes besides them and Mulberry?

Sorry for the rant.

as well, in fact, I had forgotten I placed it. The silkies were a lot smaller too. I've always gotten huge silkies from them, these were tiny babies...a bit disappointing to say the least.
Maybe the season for silkies is nearly over? Or they are just selling too many. I needed the big silkies for my adults, the babies weren't too fond of them, so ended up wasting most of them.
Hope the problem gets straightened out soon.
Take care,
Laura

The silkies I received were less than 1/2 inch long! How am I supposed to feed those to my adults? It's crazy! I emailed them and they told me to send them back for a refund. But I also only had about 20 live silkies out of 50. I hope they get this mess straightened out soon. I think they are just behind and have too many orders.

I think the thing is they dont want to pay a minimum of 30$ at mulberry. So if you dont want a couple hundred silkies people order them at herpfood and it puts a lot of orders on them.
