I never kept a calender on what I feed my dragon on a daily basis. basically I just feed daily whatever I buy for them.

babies I feed more often, as much as 2-3 times a day crickets, silkworms, butterworms or phoenix worms, I like to offer a variety depending on what is available at the time. As the dragon gets older, I cut back on frequency of insect feedings and increase mixed greens till I am feeding pretty much all greens when the dragon is an adult (over 12 months) with a few insects added ontop of the salad (1-3 large silkworms, adult crickets etc) or a insect feeding a couple times a week.

For greens I like to use at least two staples, such as collard greens, dandelion greens, endive, escaroli, mustard greens etc, with one or two other greens, and a bit of various vegetables as a topping depending what I have available each week. I typically go with what is shown as great daily greens on the site below
