MY FIRST LITTER OF BABIES!!!!!!

nickstone May 15, 2007 07:37 PM

The last 2 days on of my possibly gravid females had been a little restless and the mass in her had shifted to the last quarter of her body. This morning I looked in to check on her and I found these little guys. I am so excited, my girlfriend said I looked like a little kid on christmas, I cant remember getting a christmas present this good for a while. I counted 14, 1 slug and 1 stillborn. I have 2 premies that I've been misting and seem to be doing good. 1 of them looks to have a little striping too. Thanks so much to everybody who has been there to answer all my questions. I'll post more pics after they shed. Thanks, Nick Stone

Congrats! Looks like you got some killer looking babies in that bunch. I had my first litter last year and It was a blast. Good luck with those premies. They should make it with some TLC.

and it NEVER gets old! It's really cool how your female sped all the babies out so neatly too! Shocking really! Mine just dump them all into a big pile of goop.

They all start in the keeper pile. What's REALLY hard is deciding which ones to let go!
