Birmingham, AL show?

eminart May 16, 2007 01:57 AM

Anybody been to the show they have monthly in Birmingham? I've never been to a reptile show at all. I think this one is probably small, but it's coming up this weekend and I was thinking about driving down. Anybody have any info on it? It's advertised every month in the back of Reptile magazine.

It is a great show run by Terry Heuring. Usually about 30 vendors, a great variety, and some of the best people in the business. If this is your first show or your 50th you will enjoy it a lot! I have been there many times, as a vendor and a buyer/looker/mingler. Tom Harbin

I used to go do Terry's show every once in a while and I drove from the New Orleans area, which is about a 6 hour ride, so that may tell you something.
NOW, that I have relocated up to northeast Alabama, I go just about every month.

See ya Sat. Terry,

What kind of variety is usually there? I have an empty 29gal tank that a neighbors had sat out to be picked up by the garbage man. I need to put something alive in it. :D I can't have all that empty space just sitting here.

I've been considering a bearded dragon. I also need a male leopard gecko, but that would still leave my new tank empty.

So, are there usually some beardies and some leo morphs there? Or, I could always use a new snake......... or tortoise....... or..... :D
