HEARING IN SENATE COMMITTEE TOMORROW
We have received notice that there will be a public hearing regarding H.B. 1309. The meeting will be held at 8:00am TOMORROW in Room E1.012 in the Senate section of the Capitol. This Bill is now in the hands of the Natural Resources Committee, chaired by Kip Averitt.
The Senate is only required to give 24 hours notice of its public hearing. This may be the only chance we have to let them know our feelings against this Bill.
If any of you can attend, it would be greatly appreciated.
For those of you who cannot attend, please email the Senators in this committee and in your district. This needs to be done TODAY or TONIGHT at the latest.
