i am goin to my dads 2nite, he lives about 1.5 hours away from here. i go every 2 weeks. anyway, i usually take zephyr along and he loves the car. he sits on the dashboard and just watches cars go by and soaks of some sun(yes i know its filtered sunlight but he is still getting the heat). when we get there he gets to free roam in the extra bathroom. i have a 250 watt heat lamp on the one side of the room so it is plenty warm on half with basking sites. the room is completely ig proof, toilet seat is ALWAYS down, shower curtain closed, and there are no chemicals in there, there isnt even toothpaste! lol. like i said, its an extra bathroom, it only gets used when i am there.anyway, i was thinking about taking iggy along becuase he is getting used to me and i didnt want my mom to have to deal with him while i am gone this weekend(she feeds all my herbivorous herps when im gone). since he is eating/pooping good i didnt really see a problem in taking him except.... how? his body is a foot long and his tail is 2 feet. even if he did sit on the dash like zeph does... can you get pulled over by a cop for that(distracted driving or some crap like that?) i dont have a carrier to keep him in, my pet carrier is too small. i guess he could sit on my lap but he is one to explore... and he has really sharp nails... i cut them but until they are cut regularly they are still too sharp and my dad as a jetta with leather interior(he would shoot me if it was cut open.)

i really wanted to take him becuase he is not really people oriented yet. he loves being petted when he is in the mood but i am trying to get that bond going that i have with all my other herps. i dont want to leave him for 2.5 days without interaction. and this would give him a good way to have interaction with ppl.im going to need a reply in a couple of hours if thats possible. oh and i wont be able to use the internet for a couple of weeks after today.
