Id this snake

This is a cobra and it is a spitter. It is olive green and has a thin black band on the throat and a wide black band and the base of the hood, It has black between each scale.Can you name it?

It looks like a Nubian Spitter (Naja nubiae), i have one but its more olive. i was told it was a red spitter sub-sp. but in 2003 it was given it's own sp. name; mine never stops spraying
