yesterday, i saw a weird thing... my brown anole was standing next to my green, and all of a sudden, the green (female) started nodding and extending her dewlap... The oddf thing about it is that the brown didnt seem very interested. do you thnk it is because i was there, and they have already had their "fun" when i wasnt around???????

no, greens wont breed with browns. it sounds territorial, are you sure ur green isnt a male?
