Thursday night in central Florida

I headed out to fellow herper Ian's house last night for another herp adventure. We did a good amount of road cruising, and hit quite a few ponds and ditches. We saw quite a bit of frog action, but only one snake. Heres a couple pics of the frogs we saw. The first one is a bullfrog. They were very edgy, and that was the only bullfrog I could get a picture of. The second is a green frog. We saw a ton of these. There was one road that was full of them. The last pic is some more of the abundant green treefrogs. We have been seeing alot of these.

We looked all over and found mostly frogs. We were dying to see some snakes. Then, in the area with the bullfrogs, Ian found this beauty. He was very cool about us being there. Even though we spent a large amount of time and found only one snake, this one was worth it for me. Untill next the one....Peace, TJ
