Pacman heating question

im planning to get an ornate pacman. can a regular bulb work as heating if the tank is 83 degrees?

Wait is the tank already 83? If so, you do not need any heat. 83° is a pretty optimal temp and will encourage rapid growth. Andy

the tank is 83 with the light and around 78 without it.
