my sub adult beardies had been running at the glass in his tank because of another beardie in another tank. I since have blocked them off from view and everything had been good. However when i got home today i noticed my beardie had a small cut on his bottom lip. Is there anything to put on it to help it heal or not infect???

a little bit of polysporin or other anti-biotic cream should be fine..just make sure it doesn't get into his mouth.
