how much vt. B1?

i give my iguana a basic salat and leafy greens.
the leafy greens r fresh, but the basic part of salat have raw green beans .
exspecialy in winter ill bee giving a lot of frozen food cause it is no available.and i have
to prepare and plan the strategy for winter...

i know i have to give bruwers yeas, but it has 4 times more P thatn Ca.and i dont like it...
i have bougth B kompleh in tablets that have

one tabelt conteins

3mg of B1 (how much do i need to put )

3,4mg B2
2 mg B6
0.001mg of B12
nikotinamid
kalcium pantotenat and so on and i am more satisfy with B complex composition.
but i dont know how much B1 do i have to sprinkle over the basic salat to
replace tiamin, having in mind that all other frus and vegetable is fresh ...dendoline
,carot tops, alfa alfa and so on ...
can some one tell me ..oh yea iguana is 3 years old female ..in good shape...
i have here last 4-5 months....
she eats about one cup of basic salat and 2 cups of leafy greens a day..i gues for now tiamin is not gonna be a
problem but in witer i supose ill have very poor leafy green salat and forzen vegetable ....

will the amount of B kompleh that can be pickt up by the tip of the nife will bi enought???

i'm not sure on the vitamins, but i thought i'd give a suggestion for foods in winter that melissa kaplan mentions in her book. winter squashes (pumpkin, butternut, acorn, etc) are available in summer and fall. If you store these in a cool dark dry place, they will last you most of the winter season. Hope this helps on supplementing your frozen food! Good luck with the vitamin questions, I have no clue because finding fresh foods year round is not an issue for me.

When I use it for my frozen veggy salad, I use a pinch or two and mix it throughly into the salad.
