Thanks.....

I was a bit surprised not to get an anery but a hypo.

But I guess I like hypos better then anery anyway .

I don't think I'll let any of those go this year......but I'll keep you posted if I do.

I'd say, if one of the other eggs has a ghost I'd say you set!

Best,
Vinny

Hi Vinny,

not in this clutch, I have 2 normal, one hypo and one anery out of 4 eggs. But mommy is gravid again, so X your fingers for a ghost.

Way to go Gerrit, excellent little gentilis you have there. So who's gonna produce the albino now??
congrats, Jeff

Burnsy May 21, 2007 11:51 PM

Hola Jeff,

Ric Blair has an albino as far as I know. And no, I have not produced those with crossing Honduran with Central plains LOL .

Sweet Gerrit. I didn't know we had seen hypo or anery gentilis. Did you know the parents were het for hypo and anery or was this a total surprise?!! Great work.

I got the parents as het anery so I was depressed when I recognized red in the first two eggs but was much more surprised when I saw the "black" on the head of the hypo.

I did not sleep well tonight, I was to excited to see if the anery made it's way out of it's egg, but not till yet.
