How does one change a .tif file to a .jpg or .gif (touploadaphoto) np

**Bring you pic up on your computer
**go to file
**pick Save As
**find the directory you want to save it in (my cham pix or whatever
** in the Save As Type drop down menu choose .jpg (best choice)

Depending on what programs you are using menus may be a little different but this is the basic way. Hope this helps. I know how frustrating it can be to not know how do something and try and have someone explain via email/posts! let me know how you make out

Thanks Lele, you are a sweety, but my computer is very old and tired and I tried that, lol, no option for .jpg, which is strange but true. How are the new critters? House geckos are cool little things, and anoles are always interesting. How are the triops by the way? I still need to order some, they are so cheap to buy...and so jurassic.
