anyword on the lifting of the turtle ban

hey was wondering if anyone heard anything on the lifting of the fda baby turtle ban??? i heard on talk radio the other day they where saying it had passed and that petshops where now required to have their water tested and then they may sell baby turtles. does anyone know anything else on this????
